In terms of Section 4 (2) of Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (General) Regulations, 2018 all prospective bidders or contractors to the Public Sector shall require to be registered with the Authority in order for them to be eligible to bid and be awarded contracts with procuring entities. The Authority shall publish the list in the Gazette and the Authority’s website.

The following are mandatory for a Bidder or Contractor to be considered for registration as a Registered Bidder of Contractor to the Public Sector.


  • Private Business Companies (PBCs) will submit as applicable.
  • Foreign companies will submit similar documentation from their countries of registration.
  1. Certificate of Incorporation
  2. List of Directors showing relative extent of Zimbabwean and Foreign shareholding of the company (CR14 Form)
  3. Business Physical Address (CR6 Form)
  4. Articles and Memorandum of Association
  5. Company Profile
  6. Contact Details (E-Mail & Telephone)
Partnerships/Syndicates/Joint Ventures
  1. Partnership Agreement showing
  2. List of partners / controlling members/managers
  3. Particulars showing relative extent of Zimbabwean and Foreign shareholding of the Partnership/syndicate
  4. Business Physical Address
  5. Contact Details (E-Mail & Telephone)
Individual Consultants
  1. Detailed Curriculum Vitae
  2. Proof of Qualifications

For first time registrations the process may take 2 to 5 days for approval , this also depends on the payment method

Once approved, the Bidder or Contractor shall remain on the List of Registered Bidders or Contractors for a period up to the 31st of December of the same year.

All Applicants who meet the criteria for registration as a Bidder or Contractor set out in a Call for Registration document shall, after consideration and approval by the Authority in terms of Section 4 (2) of the Procurement Regulations:
  1. Be published through a General Notice in the Government Gazette
  2. Be published on Authority’s Website
  3. Through our online portal a successful candidate will be able to download a bidder registration certificate
Applicants who do not meet the criteria set out in the solicitation documents shall be asked to comply before submitting their applications.
